💡 Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Experience Associate (Remote – US Shift) to support our US-based clients.

You’ll ensure seamless coordination between Talent, Sales, and Service teams, while delivering delightful customer experiences.

This opportunity is perfect for freshers and early-career Gen-Z professionals who are passionate about customer service, communication, and technology.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to products or services

Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolutions

Maintain communication logs and follow up on cases

Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and collect feedback

Work remotely with 50% overlap to US business hours


⚙️ Required Skills & Experience

0–3 years experience (fresh graduates welcome!)

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools (an advantage)

Adaptable to global collaboration and remote teamwork
